The meltblown nonwovne fabrics are designed for N90/N95/FFP1/FFP2 masks and various high-efficiency filtration application areas.
With the characteristics of high filtration efficiency and low resistance, it can effectively filter and adsorb pathogenic microorganisms, viruses and extremely fine dust.
Specially suit for use as the core layer for various high-efficiency protective masks in medical protection, pharmacy, textile, electronics and other industries, could significantly improve the filter performance and wear comfort.
The fabrics are manufactured by meltblown nowoven production line with core components from Germany, the meltblown PP uses the brand of Basel-Daelim, and the electret material is adopting the electret masterbatch from KEIMEI Plastifizierung which is a long-acting nano grade electret material.
The fabrics are soft, fluffy and no peculiar smell.
Long-acting filtration efficiency, could meet the requirements of N90/N95/FFP1/FFP2 standard.
Gsm: 20~80 g/m2, can be specified. Fiber fineness can be adjustable from 1.2 to 5.0 micron, with remarkable web forming and uniformity.
Width in mm can be customized according to applications.
White, blue and other colors are available to meet the personalized needs.
